Please review the following requirements: ### Return Condition * RV must be returned in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. * All garbage and personal belongings must be removed. * Interior should be left reasonably clean. ### Septic Tanks * Grey water tank must be emptied before return. * Black water (septic) tank must be emptied before return. * Failure to empty tanks may result in additional service charges. ### Fuel & Propane * Fuel tank must be returned at the same level as pickup. * Propane tank must be returned full. * Applicable refueling/refill fees will be charged if not returned at the required levels. ### Cleaning * Basic cleaning is expected. * If additional cleaning is required, a fee of **$50 per hour (minimum 1 hour)** will be charged. * Excessive dirt, stains, odors, pet hair, tank dumping, or failure to follow return procedures may result in additional cleaning fees. ### Smoking Policy * Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV. * Violation will result in a minimum **$300 cleaning fee**. ### Toilet Usage * Only RV-specific toilet paper may be used. * Damage caused by improper use may result in repair charges. ### Pets * Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance. ### General Use * No off-roading or travel on unmaintained roads. * Awning must be used responsibly.
