Return the RV reasonably clean and empty grey & black tanks to avoid extra fees. 2. Pickup & drop-off times are flexible if arranged in advance. 3. Take photos of fuel, tanks, generator hours, and any pre-existing damage before departure. 4. Towels, fitted sheets, blankets, RV-safe toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, cookware, cutlery, and coffee maker are provided. Optional chairs & BBQ available. 5. Only RV-specific toilet paper may be used ($300 fee applies if violated). 6. Awning: use carefully; damage is renter’s responsibility. 7. No smoking or vaping inside ($300 fee applies). 8.
