Note Worthy: Please be seated at all times, while using provided seatbelts when the vehicle is in motion. Also no climbing on the roof of the RV, as it is dangerous and you can be seriously injured. Please be respectful: - STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO MARIJUANA and NO PETS in the motorhome. Additional charges WILL be applied if smoke/smoking damages are detected after the RV has been returned. - No travelling or staying at Concerts/Festivals/Unlawful Gatherings/Riots. - We will have the vehicle cleaned, fully gassed, and ready to go. Please return the unit the same way! We follow strict guidelines with COVID-19. We sanitize the entire unit, and extra focus on high traffic areas, like handles, knobs, steering wheel, bathroom etc. for your safety. - Pick-up time is anytime from 8am to 10am, and must be returned no later than 3pm. Any request for early or late pick-up and/or return MAYBE entertained if prior warning is given at least 24 hours in advance (subject to approval). Late Drop-Off can be requested for a max of 1 hour only (up to 4pm). A 4 hour extension, ie. Returns after 4pm but NO LATER than 7pm, will be charge $90 (as Add-On cost). - Please be respectful of the RV property, and usage. We try to give everyone the best experience as possible. Please treat this unit as if it is your own. **ONLY RV rated chemicals and toilet paper are permitted for the RV. These items are included with your rental - 1 toilet paper roll per 3 days of use. Please DO NOT flush anything other then the RV rated toilet paper down the toilet, as this WILL clog the tanks and sewage lines when flushing and damage the sensors. **Black and Grey tank indicators MUST display empty when returned. Even if you emptied it, indicators have to show empty, because if it doesn't, I have to make sure for the next renters. This requires me to take the unit to a dumping station, and empty the tanks again and make sure the indicators show empty for the next renters like yourself. I will have to charge the dumping fee of $80. This process is very time consuming, tedious and travelling quite a distance away, hence the charge. Thank you for your understanding.
