Julie Ann's Forest River 2024 Travel Trailer

Julie Ann and her husband are great hosts who love camping with their lovely camper. It has usb-c and newer appliances which are nice. Went through the Canadian Rockies with this awesome trailer, the only issue I had is I didnt rent it longer for a bigger vacation!

All in all, the RV was okay. I was disappointed with the lack of communication as to what I needed to know about the trailer. Most importantly was the sway bars not able to be adjusted for travelling 45 minutes to my campsite. I refused to pull the trailer without sway bars. The owner pulled his trailer without the needed sway bars. Upon arriving on my rented site, it was quickly setup without any explanation by the owner. The entrance steps were pulled out and not properly extended out to the ground. Again no explanation. Next the awning was extended out without any showing of how to pull down one end for water run off. Also the door was very hard to open and close which my grandchildren could not do on their own. When using the washroom, thevbathroom sink had no water. The toilet and kitchen sink had water. Owner came back out on Saturday to adjust hardware for the sway bars, which I had to show him how. Sunday morning I get a text saying to pay another day rental as the owners couldn't meet me at their storage compound. So I paid the extra day rental and got reimbursed by the owner, and made arrangements to leave it there for the day. About an hour later I get another text saying to deliver the trailer to the compound after they gave me the gate access code. This first time to rent a trailer from RVEZY was a bad experience. Not sure if I would do it again or give a positive feedback to someone who is looking for a review. It was a lot money for the weekend and experienced bad outcome!

Rental unit was in great condition and clean julie ann and here husband were great to deal with and responded in a timely manner even during our stay with any questions i add i would highly recommend booking
