Everyone that is interested in renting our RV, needs to answer these 4 easy questions (Copy Paste with your answers would be nice.) 1. What vehicle are you going to tow our RV with? 2. Do you have a brake controller installed in your vehicle? 3. What Class of hitch do you have installed on your vehicle? **Class 3 is minimum – 2’’x2’’*** 4. Where are you planning on going camping? Please make sure you have a vehicle that can tow this weight along with a brake controller. We will include the Weight distribution hitch free of charge for maximum safety. RV Specifications: 1. Sleeping arrangements: • We have ripped out the basic RV queen-size bed and put in a REAL comfortable Queen size bed that makes your evenings rest 100%. Sleeps 2 comfortably. • Table can be lowered to fit 2 kiddo's. • Set of bunk beds that will sleep 2 more. • Clean water protectors will be on the mattresses Bathroom: • Bathtub / Shower. • Foot flush toilet. • Will include approved toilet paper. (Brand new in the pack) • *****OUTDOOR shower head on the back of the RV if you needed to rinse before going inside. * Great for muddy dogs. • PLEASE NO FEMININE PRODUCTS down the toilet. Outdoor Equipment: • RV is equipped with 2 – 12-volt deep cycle batteries. • Stereo with Bluetooth. Indoor and outdoor speakers. • 4 Folding camping chairs. • 6ft foldable table for outside. • Outdoor Mat, Picnic table cloth. • Hatchet, Roasting sticks. • We will have a full 30lb propane tank on arrival. *We provide 30lbs of propane for free for your trip. No need to refill* • Garden hose to fill the fresh water if needed. • Septic dump hose. • Leveling wedge. • Adaptor plugs for electricity. Environmental control: • 13,500 BTU Air conditioner *must have an electrical power source i.e., 3000-watt Generator or Powered Campsite. • Propane Furnace that works amazing. *In the event the furnace fails we have a space heater located under the kitchen sink* • CO2 detectors Add-ons: • Secondary 30lb Full Propane tank What do we through in with every rental?
