You have 18ft of living space and the trailer is approximately 22ft Hitch to bumper. This unit will sleep up to 5 comfortably. 2 people can be accommodated on the Queen Size bed 1 person on each bunk for a total of 2 people. 1-2 people can sleep on the dinette converted bed. Perfect for a family looking to get away from the city and explore the outdoors. Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee and upon owner approval Festival friendly and only upon owner approval The rental includes: dishes/utensils/cutlery, cups, cutting board, pots&pans, coffee maker, toaster, 4 camping chairs, dish soap, sponge, dish drying rack, RV toilet paper, first aid kit, fire extinguisher.
