Family Bunkhouse/Outdoor Kitchen Will Deliver and Return

Enjoy a getaway to the great outdoors in our home away from home! Tired of putting and taking down tents in the rain. Well no more. Crawl out of your comfy bed feeling fully rested and meet the day feeling great. The master bed has a actual mattress not a RV special so it is super comfy. Trailer features a full slide out of the couch and dining area opening up the interior for a nice spacious feel. An additional slide in the back bunkhouse makes this area a massive play room for the kids to relax and play games on a rainy day. Sliding doors close the main bed off from the rest of the trailer providing privacy from any other occupants you have in the trailer with you. One of our favorite features is the outdoor kitchen no more running in and out of trailer, your entire meal can be prepared outdoor while visiting with family and friends. Another cool feature is the second door that enters right into the bathroom which is great for keeping the rest of the trailer clean and you can slip in and out without disturbing any kids who you have already put to bed. Specs say this trailer sleeps 10 but we would say more like 6 very comfortably, 8 if everyone likes to cuddle. Bunk beds are great for the little ones or for friends that have tagged along. The full U-shaped dinette offers a great spot to pass a crappy day playing games or to enjoy a meal inside. We are happy to include our 2 burner outdoor stove, Camp Chef Pro 90 3 burner with BBQ box along with our trailer and of course make yourself at home with a variety of games available to help pass the afternoons with family and friends. 2 x 30lb propane tanks will be filled and ready. Of course we also provide the sheets, blankets and all of the kitchen implements you could possibly need. All you need to bring along is your clothes, your pillow and your toiletries and you are set to enjoy your vacation. Standard delivery time: 5:00p.m. Standard pick-up time: 12:00 p.m. Depending on our rental schedule we are happy to discuss alternate time frames for delivery and pick up. If you are intending to book a power site in order to utilize the air conditioning and get full use of the other powered services in the trailer, you will require a site that offers a minimum of 30 Amps. A 15 Amp site cannot be used to run the air conditioning as this may cause damage to the trailer. I will deliver and set up the trailer. Just show up with your clothes and food and have fun. I will take care of the rest. Level the trailer, push out slides, set-up outdoor kitchen area, get the hot water heater running and of course putting it all away in the end. **STRICTLY NO SMOKING**
