At ATB Financial, my decade-long tenure has been marked by a focus on customer advocacy. As a Relationship Manager, I leverage my background in business analysis to understand and address client needs, consistently aligning with ATB's strategy to make banking work for people. My earlier roles as a Business Advisor and in Business Analysis sharpened my ability to identify customer pain points and develop tailored solutions, earning me the prestigious 2019 ATB Financial Iron Roster Award. My foundational experience in the restaurant industry, including leadership positions at Pizza Hut and McDonald's, taught me the critical importance of service excellence and team management. As a Restaurant General Manager and Field Training Manager, I was responsible for every aspect of the customer journey, from initial interaction to problem resolution, building a solid foundation in customer-centric operations. This professional experience is complemented by a strong commitment to community service. As a Board of Director for Care for Newcomers, I apply my business acumen and empathetic approach to help new immigrants navigate their new community. This role, along with my volunteer work in Digital Literacy and with the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Clinic, demonstrates my dedication to helping others and using my skills to make a positive impact.
