Great family trailer. Bunkhouse with solid door for the kids, table and sofa's convert to 4th bed. Outdoor kitchen with sink, fridge, and griddle. 4 slides including master bedroom closet slide to allow for lots of space to get ready. Living area has 2 removable tables with king U sofa for lounging, this also pulls out into a full queen sized bed. Fireplace with heater as well as tv / dvd with sound bar. Everything on this trailer is power including jacks and awning. Propane quick connection for outdoor stove. Outdoor shower at rear of trailer. Solid steps with light. There is a tv mounted in the outdoor bar that you can plug in video games to or an apple tv (or similar device) if there is wifi available. There are indoor and outdoor speakers with different zones, as well as Bluetooth connections to pair you phones to.
Propane is 2 x 30lb bottles.
Electrical service is 50A.
2 air conditioners.
Generator options 1) Honda 2200: This will not run the A/C units, but is large enough to power everything else in the trailer including refridgerator, microwave, coffee pot, fans, tv's and any accessories plugged in. Option 2) 2 x 2200 parallel Honda: Will run A/C as well as other items in trailer.

Please note: Bedding add on includes sheets for master bedroom, and 3 x children's sleeping bags for bunk room. There will be some extra blankets in master bedroom under bed but recommended to bring sleeping bags for adults if staying in bunk room or pullout sofa.
