Includes basic cookware, stovetop coffeemaker, dishes, and utensils Entertainment: Family-friendly DVD collection, books and board games to keep kids entertained indoors or on rainy days. Bathroom: Full bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Dining Area: Spacious dinette seating perfect for family meals or game time. Outdoor Gear: Comes with an awning for shaded outdoor relaxation and passthrough storage compartments for camping gear. Outdoor mat and chairs available upon request. Safety Features: Equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguisher. First aid kit available. Utilities: Fresh water tank and dual propane tanks will be provided full at the start of your trip. Please refill propane before returning. This trailer also comes with a BIKE RACK that can fit two bikes :) Note: all beds come with sheets, but we do not provide blankets and pillows, so please bring your own. The RV must be returned in the same condition as when it was left, with cleaning being performed before returning. The cleaning fees associated with the rental are for the deep cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces. If it is not returned in the same condition, a cleaning fee of $125 will be deducted from your deposit. Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV. Violation will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit. Pets: Pets are welcome! $25 fee for the first pet and $10 for each additional pet. Kindly keep pets off beds and furniture to maintain cleanliness. Propane & Water: The trailer will come with full fresh water and full propane tanks. Please return the propane tanks full. A refill fee may apply if tanks are returned empty. Septic (Black & Grey Water): Renters are responsible for emptying both the black and grey water tanks before returning the trailer. A $50 fee will be charged if tanks are not emptied properly.
