A comfortable spacious unit and at 33 feet it feels very open inside. The two slides open up the areas even more. The front bedroom has a walk around bed and it's own access to the washroom. For sleeping spots in the rear of the unit, the dinette turns into a large bed and the bunk above it can lowers down when needed. The couch is also a sleep space but more so for a smaller person. There is an onboard gen set with its own fuel station, please return it topped off. Although there is a solar panel and several batteries you will need to run the gen set for things such as the A/C unit, toaster and microwave. No smoking in the camper. You will need at least a 3/4 ton truck to pull it and experience (33-foot bumper pull). We have cameras on the sides and back of the RV and a plug in monitor to help you drive safely! Included is some basic kitchenware, such as a crepe pan, skillet, and utensils (in metal and some in plastic as well). A French press with a metal kettle to boil water on the stove. We also include bamboo-RV-safe toilet paper. Basic towels and tea towels included, front walk-around queen bed sheets and pillows are included. Other linens, pillows and blankets available upon request. First aid kit, chemical pucks, jack blocks, wheel chocks and a basic toolkit are also in the RV. The jacks are manual. The unit needs to be level before the slide outs can be engaged. Please leave your shoes in the shoe rack when entering the RV. The expectation is that the unit will be returned with black and grey tanks empty. The unit is winterized with antifreeze and every effort is made to flush the lines at the start of the season. However this may leave some residual taste, and I can not guarantee where is was last filled, so please bring drinking water.
