Automatic awning. It has plenty of interior space for a family of 5 (4 comfortably keep in mind the dinette is good for a kid) and TONS of storage space! with adult rated bunk beds, Dinette that turns into single bed and 60x74 Queen Bed. that Includes everything you need with extra touch! JBL Bluetooth speaker to enjoy your favorite music! 4 Camping chairs are also included. All the standard camping gear, dishes, pots, pans, and coffee maker .Hitch is also provided, We can also add a Portable Camp cook station for you to enjoy with a Folding Grill Table with Storage, Aluminum Outdoor Camping Kitchen Table and Carry Bag, with Stove+1lb propane or electric stove and Griddle Plus RV MAT for a small additional cost $60 full trip (Optional). So you can enjoy your view outside.
This unit will be cleaned and sanitized after each use. Worried about Pandemic or Virus? We also use a high grade fog Machine disinfectant Sanitizer w/ UV light. We will only charge a very low $100 cleaning fee, compared to other RV rentals, however we ask you to please return as close as possible in the same condition you picked it up to avoid added fees by paying $150 instead for the extra cleaning time spent, as we would love you to keep your hard earned money in your pocket!!

Great trailer. Great people to deal with. Answered any questions I had promptly.
This was our second time renting this camper, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! The trailer is clean, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable — everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing trip. The owners are always so friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with, which makes the whole process stress-free. You can really tell they care about providing a great experience. We’ll definitely be back again — highly recommend!
No hesitation to rent from Brian & Bianca again next time! Very good at communicating & the RV was as described. Bryan adjusted the hitch to be the perfect height for towing and could not ask for better owners - cheers!
