This family friendly travel trailer is equipped with all the bells and whistles, to be able to enjoy camping with comforts of your home, plus even more! * half ton towable * air conditioning to keep you cool * fire place to keep you warm as well as to set ambiance * furnace for extra heat on those cool nights * 2 outdoor showers on either side of the trailer to hose off those dirty kiddos and fur babies dirty feet before heading inside * outdoor kitchen equipped with camp stove, mini fridge (easy access to those beverages and condiments), and even an ice machine! * separate entrance to the bathroom at the back, means no disturbing those who have gone to sleep already! * slideout for extra space inside - this is great for families to maneuver around the trailer with ease, especially on those rainy days * queen bed at the front of the trailer with 2 sliding doors on either side of the bed for that extra privacy * double wide bunks to fit adults and/or children (note max weight capacity on top bunk is approx 350 lbs) * air fry function for the microwave * sink is well equipped with a cutting board, and colander that is a perfect fit hidden underneath! * awning to enjoy the outdoors, but also getting a break from those sun rays What we provide: * linens provided (blankets, sheets, pillows) * puzzles, board games, some toys and sand toys for the kids provided * 2 adult camp chairs and 3 kids camp chairs provided * 4 weiner roasters and camp stove pan included (camp stove is provided with the exterior camp kitchen on the trailer) * cups, bowls, plates and cutlery for 8 people included * 8 beach towels included * 5 kids bath towels included * 12 face cloths included * dish cloths and dish towels included * hand soap, dish soap, bar soap, 2-in-1 shampoo included * ax, matches/lighter, newspaper to start fire included * toaster * outdoor RV rug *picnic table cover * 2 outdoor wash bins and galvanized steel pail to heat water for washing dishes outside What to bring: - clothing - toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, personal hygiene type products, etc - shoes - food - beverages - wood to make a fire - sunscreen - bug spray - Coffee/ coffee maker, if applicable Please note: if you plan to have a pet with you for your stay, please add on the $25 pet fee as this will help cover the cost of the extra cleaning/sanitizing of the trailer required, as well as we will include 2 stakes and a tie out cable for your dog to run and play safely at your campsite. We can also include a pet food and water dish upon request. Please note: the AC, fireplace, microwave, and exterior mini fridge will not work off of the battery alone. You will have to have the trailer plugged into power or use a generator for these to work. If you won't have a powered site and want to use these features, we have a generator that can be rented at an extra fee - please see the add on section for pricing and check it off as an add on option if required.
