Please note that FALL/WINTER (or whenever the temperature begins to fall below zero degrees C) rentals will have restricted services in the trailer. After September the trailer will be winterized, meaning that the water system is completely drained and disabled. Kitchen and bathroom faucets, inside and outside shower and water heater will not function in winterized condition. The bathroom toilet can be usable provided that special instructions are followed.

Please note that the trailer is only fully operational if your site has, at minimum, a 30 amp electrical power supply. Less than this and the air conditioning/heat pump will not run.
If the site does not have any electrical power at all then the trailer will run for a maximum of around 3-4 days using the on-board batteries, depending on the number of lights and other things that you use. The furnace will run using on-board battery power.
Also note that whilst using on-board battery power, phones, tablets, laptops cannot be charged, nor will the microwave or the air conditioning work.
If your site does not have water be sure to let me know and I will ensure that the trailer is fully topped up before delivery.
