Our 2020 Jayco Rocky Mountain BHS24 bunkhouse trailer is fully equipped and perfect for families or small groups who want comfort without the hassle. We specialize in delivery and full setup, so you can arrive at your campsite and start relaxing right away. No towing or setup required. This trailer is designed for easy, stress-free camping with a smart layout, plenty of sleeping space, and upgraded features for off-grid adventures. Whether you’re heading to a full-service campground or going off the beaten path, it’s ready to go. This trailer has solar panels to keep the batteries topped up and larger fresh water tanks for dry camping. It comes with 2 full 30lb propane tanks and one 20lb tank for BBQ or fire pit. Comfortable sleeping for up to 6 people. Small to medium dog friendly with an additional deposit. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: • Front queen bed with privacy curtain • Double-over-double bunk beds (great for kids or adults) • Convertible dinette sleeps 1-2 *Bed linens can be provided as an add on* KITCHEN: • 3-burner stove + oven • Microwave (only with full hook up sites) • Fridge/freezer (propane or electric) • Sink with hot/cold water • Cookware, dishes, basic kitchen linens and basic utensils included. • Camp Chef BBQ can be provided as an add on BATHROOM: • Full bathroom with shower and toilet • Large 80L fresh water capacity (ideal for off-grid camping) • Grey & black holding tanks (empty and flushed) • RV safe toilet paper GENERAL: • Furnace for cooler nights • Air conditioning for hot summer days (only at full service sites) • Insulated “Rocky Mountain Edition” package for shoulder-season camping • Power awning for shade and relaxing outside with LED light strip. • Outdoor speakers • Outdoor mat • TV/DVD player (needs full hook up) KEY SPECS: • Length: ~28 ft overall • Dry weight: ~5,500–5,800 lbs • GVWR: 7,500 lbs • Hitch weight: ~600–800 lbs loaded • Dual axle for stability We support non-hookup sites: Our trailer comes equipped with 2 fully charged batteries and solar panels on the roof to keep them charging during your stay if there is enough sun exposure. We will provide a fully filled fresh water tank and fully emptied and flushed holding tanks. If dry camping, you do need to be aware of conserving water and electricity. Seperate add-ons can be provided upon request: • linen package (sheets, pillows and comforter sets for queen and bunks, 4 towels and kitchen linens) • Camping chairs x2 • Propane fire pit with propane tank • CampChef BBQ with propane tank We can deliver within 100kms with arrival and departure times to be discussed prior to renting. Renters are to be present for delivery and walk through of trailer - if this cannot be accommodated, please reach out to discuss. Renters must be available for final walk through of trailer. Trailer is to be returned in the same condition as received. Please leave used towels, linens in the shower. Wash dishes and utensils. All countertops, sinks, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, bathroom (sink, toilet and shower), BBQ must be left clean and ready to use. Cleaning products will be supplied. If trailer is left in unsatisfactory condition, the damage fee will be charged. NO SMOKING in or near the trailer, this will result in the damage fee being charged.
