Family friendly! Sorry no pets, no smoking or partying aloud inside of the trailer. Can sleep up to 6 people, but 4 comfortably (one queen size bed, two single bunks, table converts to bed). Sheets/pillow cases/pillows will be supplied, but you will need to bring your own sleeping bags/comforters/towels. If you would like towels/quilts/blankets supplied it is an add on fee of $40.00 to cover laundering costs. Fully stocked with pots/pans/dishes/kitchen essentials. Includes 2 adult camping chairs, tables, big outdoor mat and a outdoor two burner camping stove (you must bring your own propane tanks for outdoor stove, adapters for both propane or butane). Great layout, fits a family very comfortably. Can be towed with a mid sized truck or SUV. Please make sure your vehicle can tow this trailer, check your owners manual, do what you got to do to make sure it will be safe to tow this trailer with your vehicle.
Drop off/set up/pick up of the trailer, I will consider offering these services for renters renting for 10 days or more, we could chat via messaging. I have a full time work schedule to work around, so may not be able to accommodate all requests. Add on pricing for drop off/set up/pick up depends on the location. Sorry I can not offer this service for rentals that are less then 10 night rentals, due to a busy schedule to work around.

Akasha’s trailer was great - clean, and in good condition. She answered our questions promptly. The whole process was efficient and we would rent from her again!
Absolutely was a wonderful stay. She was super helpful we locked the keys in the trailer somehow and how hitch was to low tp pull trailer she let us use hers and also brought keys so we could get back into trailer. Only complaint would have been the bunk beds were super thin and uncomfortable for the kids we had to go purchase blow up beds for them. Over all an amazing week trip!
