Very easy to work with, was flexible and was able to make things work for us. However, the RV itself left much to be desired. The unit is older and the flooring shows its age, being cracked and lifted in many places around the edges. All the sinks and the bathtub were dirty, and the fridge and freezer were dirty. There was a spot of sticky something stuck to the floor near the bathroom. The owners could not tell us how to open the awning and the trailer didn’t have the right equipment to open it, which was NOT disclosed in the listing and we would have greatly benefited from being able to use it. The kitchen only had three forks, which when you know you have a family of four coming seems odd and was frustrating for us to not all be able to eat at the same time. Finally, the water coming from the taps smells like rotten eggs, especially the hot water tap. The trailer was ok overall, not great. It was a place for us to stay when we weren’t out doing stuff with friends. It met our needs for the most part, it just wasn’t an amazing experience like I was expecting.
