Not sure how things could have been better! Wendy provided excellent communication from start to finish and it was easy to ensure the trailer was delivered to where we asked. The trailer was delivered on time and very efficiently. All of the requirements for an excellent camping trip were provided and even extras like a propane fire but and Coleman stove were on hand. Michael was very accommodating and helped us choose the right spot in our site for the trailer and walked us through all the functions and tips for a great week. My son spent the whole week making sure we took care of "Michael's things". Anytime we are camping in the area this trailer will be on a one click booking!

We had a great experience. The unit was clean and supplied with everything we needed. Michael was punctual and very accommodating and went the extra mile for us to set up the trailer to our advantage with a view of the lake. Definitely recommend! Great trailer and great people to deal with.

Wendy & Micheal are wonderful! Delivery and pickup were quick, easy and timely. They are great to deal with and respond quickly. The trailer was terrific, the perfect size for us. It was immaculately clean when it arrived and was well equipped. We look forward to renting it again!

I am leaving a 5 Star rating for Wendy and Michael simply because the new trailer they provided was excellent. They were very accommodating to us when they sold the trailer I had originally booked and replaced it with a newer, larger trailer. On the other hand, I was not impressed with RVezy and the way they handled the transition between the original booking and the new trailer. This should have been as simple as informing me of the trailer change and then transfer the reservation to the new trailer. After 2 days of messing around with the RVezy website and having them trying to withhold more than $400 of my payment when I tried to cancel the original booking, they finally had the hosts cancel the booking so I could receive a full refund. I then had to rebook the new trailer using a credit provided to me by RVezy to cover the expense of the new booking. The credit said it would be valid for 2 years from the date of issue and could be redeemed any time. I used a portion of the credit to rebook the new trailer and there was money left on the credit which I assumed would be available to me for future use. As soon as I rebooked, the remainder of the credit was immediately removed by RVezy. Also, Wendy and Michael offered to refund me $50 of the delivery fee to show good faith for the aggravation of the rebooking process. RVezy kept the $50 refund and did not pass it on to me. :( Also, when I rebooked the new trailer, the daily rate had been increased from $125/night to $135/night and this information was not passed onto the hosts, Wendy and Michael. Therefore if I could give RVezy a 0 rating I would. Highly unlikely I will ever use them again.
