Only 2 small dogs or cats, or 1 big dog will be allowed during your stay. Vehicle must not head into the mainland unless under authorization from the owners. (Exceptions are made for most gulf islands) Please return the van clean with a full tank of gas. No smoking of any kind inside the vehicle. If we suspect that the riders smoked in the vehicle, we will deduct $300.00 from the security deposit. No Festivals. If the vehicle is returned without emptying the Grey water tank and Toilet, we will deduct a cleaning fee from the Security Deposit. If the vehicle is returned without filling up the gas tank, we will deduct the amount required to fill the gas tank from the Security Deposit. If the riders return the vehicle without cleaning the cookware and butane stove (if used), we will deduct $50.00 from the Security Deposit.
