This 32ft 2025 motorhome is available for rent. We prefer to find someone interested in a fixed 6-month stationary lease but open to discussion. We will deliver and set up and the motorhome will remain stationary. It's available from October to May. This is an ideal winter setup for snowbirds escaping the cold, traveling medical/contract professionals, or local families needing comfortable temporary housing during a home build or renovation. ✨ FEATURES: Immaculate Condition: Fully loaded, modern 2025 floor plan with high-end finishes, comfortable master sleeping quarters, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The Kitchen offers countertops, a pantry, 12V, 10 cu ft refrigerator, stainless steel convection microwave/oven, and a 3 burner propane stovetop. Overhead cabinets provide loads of storage. There's a large U-shaped dinette that converts into a bed, and next to that are two power theatre seats that sit across from a third TV. You choose your preferred full-hookup RV park on the southern half of Vancouver Island (up to a 2-hour radius from Sooke, including Victoria, Duncan, Nanaimo, or Parksville), and we handle the rest: Complete delivery and precision leveling. Full utility connections (power, sewer, water). Heated fresh-water lines to prevent winter freeze. Commercial-grade dehumidifier provided and installed to ensure a dry, moisture-free indoor climate.
