Glamping in Tofino/Ucluelet with Frog Pod Frog Pod is a beautiful 2012 R-Pod Eco Constructed Edition. We've lovingly renovated the entire interior. Sleeping up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 kids, or 3 adults) with the convertible dinette, Frog Pod is ideal for a couple or a small family. Delivery is required for all bookings. Your Frog Pod will be delivered directly to your reserved campsite in the Tofino/Ucluelet area and fully set up before you arrive. Delivery includes everything from backing into the site and hooking up water and sewage to levelling and securing the trailer, so all you need to do is arrive and settle in. No towing, no setup, just a warm and effortless start to your getaway. Most campgrounds in the area are fully serviced, making this a seamless and stress-free experience for every guest. **When booking your campsite, keep power in mind: Frog Pod needs a 30 amp or 50 amp site. A 15 amp adapter is available but will only power the lights. (The fridge, stove top, and furnace can run on propane). The microwave, space heater, and all outlets won’t work on 15 amp. A trickle charger is required to keep the battery running, which is a $20 add on at check-out. Most campsites offer 30 amp power, but Bella Pacifica sites 1–18 and Surf Grove’s semi-serviced sites only have 15 amp, so they’re not recommended. Green Point, Tsawaak, Surf Grove Fully Serviced, Bella Pacifica Fully Serviced, and Ucluelet Campground RV sites have 30/50 amp. If you're dreaming of a longer island adventure, Frog Pod is fully equipped and easily towable at just 3,500 lbs GVWR.
