This bright, clean, cozy but spacious 28” 2014 Jayco is the perfect place to have a relaxing weekend away, without all of the work All you need to do is show up with your family, friends and fur babies, and we do the rest! INCLUDED with your rental: -A full on site walkthrough is included for your best stress-free camping experience -Comfortably sleeps 6 people, with queen bed, 2 double size bunk beds and pull out couch -The best part is the functionality of the bedrooms! The cozy front bedroom includes a queen sized bed with plenty of storage and privacy for the parents. At the back are 2 double sized bunks for the kids or additional guests -Everything you need to cook your delicious meals is included (you just need to bring the food!). Fully equipped kitchen comes with pots and pans, utensils, knives, cutting boards, strainers, plates, bowls, mugs and glasses are included -The kitchen also has a 2 burner gas stove cooktop with oven, microwave, fully integrated fridge with spacious top freezer -There is a spacious bathroom with large shower, stand alone vanity and toilet PLUS a separate exterior door for easy access -Flat screen TV that swivels between the shared living space and the private front bedroom with built in DVD player- you can listen to your movie or music inside and outside with the outdoor speakers -This trailer is fully automatic! Includes automatic awning and electric jacks (front) - this makes set up easy peasy -Equipped with A/C and furnace -The outside of the trailer is equipped with quick release outdoor BBQ (available to rent) for your dinner under the stars. Also includes an outdoor shower Important details: -We only have a BC Park Pass which allows us to deliver the trailer to Fintry Provincial Park and Kekuli Provincial Park. If you are planning on renting a trailer and would like it delivered to a provincial park please ensure that your host has the appropriate BC Park Pass. BC Parks are not supposed to allow any trailer to be delivered without the appropriate BC Park Pass in place and it would be a shame if your vacation was ruined at the last minute. If opt to not have the trailer delivered but will be towing it yourself then you are able to enter any provincial park. -Comes fully furnished inside and out with cutlery, towels, chairs, outdoor mat, outdoor camping seating for kids and adults, propane tank and propane fire pit (available to rent) perfect for an Okanagan summer with a guaranteed fire ban so you still stay nice and toasty and while you're staying toasty, you might as well make some s'mores (roasting sticks included!) -Bed linens are not included with the trailer rental but can be includes as an add on, we will continue to provide towels -NON SMOKING OR VAPING in the trailer -We love all guests (furry friends even more so!) -If you want an even more stress free weekend, we are happy to deliver the trailer for you to your camp spot. -The trailer is a half ton towable so if your vehicle isn't able to tow it- we can easily deliver. -When booking your campsite, please verify that the site is large enough to accommodate the trailer (28 feet). -If your campsite does not provide full hook ups (water, power and sewer) then you need to accept the Emptying Septic Prepayment option. If you have full services you are responsible to ensure that both the black and grey tanks are emptied if you do not accept the Emptying Septic Prepayment option. If not emptied, an additional charge of $60 will be applied. -Generator (if requested) comes with a full tank of fuel, additional fuel is available for purchase ($10.00 for 5 liter jerry can or $20.00 for 10 liter jerry can) if you do not wish to bring your own extra gasoline -Lots of opportunity for family fun! -Make yourself at home while you’re away from home!
