INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL: -Kitchen Items (pans, pots, dishes, cutlery, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) -Paper towel & toilet paper -Cleaning products -Outdoor rug Requirements & Policies: A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if the trailer is not returned in the same clean condition it was rented out in. This is separate from the damage deposit. A $200 cleaning/damage fee will be applied if the unit has been taken off-road, due to past returns with significant wear, damage, or excessive dirt. A $95fee will be charged for exterior cleaning if the trailer is returned with a dirty exterior. Bringing your dog along? Pets are welcome, but a $100 pet cleaning fee will be applied.     Awful experience overall. Will never trust or use Viktor again. He endeavour to extort me claiming I had a dog in his RV, and I don’t even own a dog,. He claimed we used the septic tank and posted a photo of cleaning a septic tank, but that photo was a different RV. We never used the septic tank because they were full facilities within walking distance of the RV. And he claimed that I am manipulated his propane tanks and drained them, which I did not. He advertisement claimed it “sleeps four” in his 20ft RV, but it actually only sleeps 2, and one of them not comfortably. The fold-down sofabed was very uncomfortable so much so that after the third night, we decided to drive home and have a restful sleep in our own bed. The air-conditioning ceiling fan does not operate unless you use the portable generator, but that is banned at campgrounds after 8 PM so we sweated and struggled to be comfortable in a box sitting on wheels. Advertised at $120/night… but cost $280 per night (that’s after all the hidden fees).
