Everything was absolutely perfect Jaclyn was very responsive. RV is very comfortable and drives like a charm (even in the steep hill in the Rockies) I definitely recommend :)

Karla and her husband were the best!!! They patiently explained their truck and camprer to me so I could have the very enjoyable experience I had. I would highly recommend them both... great hosts with great equipment to make the best vacaction possible!

We had a great experience renting this trailer from Kyle. The trailer was super clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Kyle was great host - he responded to questions quickly and arrived for pickup and drop off exactly when he said he would. I highly recommend renting from Kyle for your next camping trip!

The trailer was just as described. The kitchen, bathroom, all very well stocked. The hosts were lovely and very responsive!

We had one of the best experiences ever! The RV was in great condition, very clean, and everything was ready to go when we arrived. Jay was incredibly helpful, easygoing, and a very fast communicator. Whenever we needed anything, he was quick to respond and help us out. If you’re still deciding, I highly recommend renting from Jay. We had an amazing trip, and my family enjoyed the experience so much. We would definitely rent from him again!

It was our first time and it was amazing. Let's start with the RV inside — the bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It is very big, and waking up and seeing the outside through the window is just incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was so great. It had pots, plates, spoons, knives, even salt and garlic, so that was perfect. For cooking, we made rice, beef, eggs, and noodles, and there was enough propane, so that was very good too. It also had lots of cleaning supplies, like wipes, Clorox wipes, toilet paper, air freshener spray for the washroom, and hand soap. It also had some lanterns that were very useful. The seats for driving and the passenger seat next to it were super comfortable. We drove almost 10 hours and it never felt hard or small. It was perfect. It also included chairs and tables, which were perfect for sitting down and just admiring the view in the campground. I will always recommend this RV — it feels like you are in a wooden cabin. Also approved by our visitor Yuki (our cat) — he loved it! And about the host, Robert, the best person ever. Very sweet and very patient. At check-in, he explained everything we needed to know, which was very helpful, and he even came with us for a short drive just to teach us how to drive it and make us feel more comfortable driving the RV (it was our first time driving an RV). About driving the RV, it was very easy. At first, we were nervous because of how big it was, but actually it was quite easy. I felt it was the perfect size because when we needed to park it was easy (in a normal parking lot we took up two spots and it fit perfectly). So we were even able to park at the Canadian Superstore for some last-minute groceries. Oh, and we went from Calgary to Kelowna and we never had a problem. The RV worked properly even when we were fully loaded and going uphill. So that was great too.

This is my second adventure with Louis and Tammy’s ‘Banjo ll’. They are so wonderful and they cheerfully welcome me and my two doggos. Everything was as perfect this time as it was last year. They really take care of you and take care of everything.. and when you have a perceived ‘emergency’ (I broke one of the keys!), they respond immediately and talk you (me!) off the ledge.

Communication was great. Laura went above and beyond to make our trip great. The trailer is fully stocked with everything you will need and more so. I would recommend this rental to all family and friends.
