Livable space is 24' with a slide out, and she is 5,500 LBS empty. The mobile generator provided is needed for AC, TV, and Microwave if you do not have electrical hookups. To rent you must have at least 8,500 LB Towing capacity. All hook ups including weight distribution and a sway bar are included in the rental. Hitch sits at 14.5 inches.
