Smoking Policy: Smoking/Vaping is prohibited within the rental, please refrain from smoking in or around the travel trailer. If it is determined that the unit was smoked in, you will be subject to loss of your full security deposit, in addition to the cost associated to restoration, repairs, AND any business lost due to repair time. Fire PIT Smoke/BBQ Grill Smoke Policy-- Please refrain from using the BBQ or firepit in close proximity to trailer. Smoke damage to interior and/or awning will be subject to loss of full security deposit, in addition to the cost associated with the restoration, repairs AND any business loss due to repair time. Generator is available for Dry Camping at an additional fee of $35/ per day. (Initial Full fuel tank is included).
