The owner must have rented out to people who took it out to the beach, before renting to us because it was sand everywhere, it was sand in the kitchen, on the stove making it difficult to cook, in fact we weren’t able to cook in that kitchen, there was sand behind the kitchen faucet, in the window seals in the kitchen it was sand on the floor in the kitchen, bedroom, and the bathroom. Sand residue in the corner of the shower. We had to use an air mattress on top of the bed because sand was in the bed. Also, it became a safety issue, we were campers of all women, and the camper could not be locked from the inside. We have to have a friend take the key and lock the door from the outside . I can go on about our horrible experience with this RV. I just hope you guys do a better job vetting these owners who rent these RVs, because they are making your company look bad. I feel we should get the cleaning fee refunded back. We also have pictures and video.. if I can give it a negative star I would.
