2022 Coleman Lantern LT 17B by Dutchmen sleeps up to 6. This is such a nice small/medium sized feature packed trailer that we have 3 in our fleet, 2022-2024 year models! This trailer has a full kitchen with microwave, fridge, sink, stove, cabinets, counter space, Keurig, two bunks, RV queen bed, dining table convertible to a bed, Television, available CamprFi WiFi, ac/heating, electric fireplace/heater, bathroom with shower, toilet, clean towels, water/electric/sewer connections, fresh water tank, and an available generator, so you can dry camp when there are no electric hookups, and an 8 foot exterior awning! This trailer provides plenty of features for a great camping weekend! All our rentals come with complimentary toiletries to include hotel quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, toothbrush/toothpaste, facial tissue, toilet paper, paper towels, broom, Swiffer and Swiffer pads. In addition to that, we include Keurig coffee pods, plates/cups/coffee mugs/silverware (plastic)/cut ware (metal), cookware (1 small pot and pan), and cooking utensils (spatula/large spoon). The comfy RV queen bed and pillows will be encased with waterproof protectors, and if you choose to have us provide linens as an add-on, the RV queen bed and 2 bunks will be made with clean sheets, comforter, and pillows with pillow cases (bunks prepared when more than 2 guests are selected). We believe we offer beyond most, so that we can assure your trip is memorable and worry free! We offer 24/7 support before and during your stay. Our reviews say it all! We hope to welcome you as our guests! The trailer is deep cleaned after each use for your health and safety. With delivery you will get set up to include trailer leveling, wheel chocking and stabilization, sewer hose connection, fresh water connection with water filter, shore power connection if all applicable, and a walk-through if requested (either in-person, by phone, FaceTime) to familiarize yourself with the trailers features and functions, if you’re not familiar with RV’s. MONTHLY RATES: Looking for a more permanent stay and want to rent monthly? Give us a delivery location and we’ll get it delivered! Maybe a family member’s or friend’s lot? Extended camp stay? Extended visit from out of town? We have you covered! Best part, no traditional lease or home rental obligations! When you’re done with the rental just let us know and we’ll come pick up the trailer! Long term (over 1 month) rental deposits are $1,500 and are 100% refundable upon rental completion, less any damages. Please note, you will have to have at a minimum, a sewer connection or sewer dump service for long term stays. We do not provide mobile waste dump servicing, but we can recommend services who will come to your location for waste water dumping, which they will provide at their current rates. An electric connection is optional if you will be running a generator, but a traditional “shore power” electric connection is recommended for convenience. A water connection is also optional, if you have the ability to get water to your location, e.g., portable water tanks, otherwise a traditional water connection is also recommended for convenience. For long-term dry camping we offer one tank fill, which is filled upon delivery. We can recommend services who will come to your location to provide a refill at their current rate. IMPORTANT NOTICES: Trailer cleaning: Please return the trailer in the same clean condition as it is received, although we don’t expect it to be as deeply cleaned and sanitized as we provide it to you. The mandatory cleaning fee is designed to cover our time and cost to get the trailer back to that deep cleaned, sanitized condition, once the renter has already done their part to leave the trailer clean and debris free. If the trailer is returned excessively dirty with trash, food stains, cooking grease, bathroom related stains, or other conditions we deem unreasonable, there will be an additional cleaning fee removed from the deposit. Smoking: There is no smoking whatsoever in the trailer, to include cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, or any drugs or other substances. If it is determined that the trailer was smoked in there will be a minimum $500 fee removed from the deposit. The presence of smoke or smell thereof does not need to exist to meet the threshold; evidence such as, but not limited to, ash, cigarette butts, packaging, burns, residual tobacco or substances, rolling papers, paraphernalia and other smoking appurtenances, torches, other devices that emit an open flame not located at, or around the stove, which requires an ignition source, e.g., a lighter in the bathroom, butane, tobacco/marijuana grinders, etcetera. A thermal fogging process must be completed to remediate the smoke odor, as smoke bonds itself to walls, carpet, bedding, textiles, and even gets into the walls, vents, cabinetry and more, and can cause allergies. Thermal fogging will also get into those surfaces and nooks and crannies to remediate that smoke odor and leave the trailer clean and odor free. This is not a cheap process, and the fee, if so charged, is designed to cover that service. In addition to thermal fogging every surface must be cleaned to remediate smoke odor, illegal substance odor, which also helps in alleviating allergies in those sensitive to smoke, odors, and other substances present in smoke. Additionally, illegal substances smoked in our trailers will cause our trailers to go to secondary inspection at government checkpoints, which is a substantial inconvenience and consumption of time, and red flags our trailers. There is no exception to the no smoking rule, regardless of state or local ordinances, regulations, law. Photos: Please take photos of the trailer in the condition you receive it in, to include how it is set up outside. Also, take photos upon your departure. Take photos of the interior, exterior, the items within the trailer, such as linens, pillows and bedding, TV’s and other electronics, any existing damage (which will be noted in the app during the departure inspection), generator and fuel tanks if included, propane tanks and their level, interior kitchen and provisions, as this will help both parties in the event there are any damage or theft claims, or post-rental fees charged. Delivery/pick-up: Although we charge a delivery/pick-up fee, we do reserve the right to determine if a delivery location is safe and suitable for the trailer. Please provide an exact delivery location during the rental process. An example would be- “Paradise by the Sea campground in Oceanside,” versus letting us know the trailer will be delivered to Oceanside. This also allows us to accurately calculate the delivery distance and travel time estimates to get the trailer to you on your desired schedule. We are flexible with delivery and pick-up times; however, we may also have other deliveries/pick-ups or other matters scheduled, so we reserve the discretion on the ability to meet delivery/pick-up time requests. With respect to campground or RV park check-in/check-out times, we generally adhere to the campground/RV Park requirements (some campgrounds/RV parks will allow early/late delivery/pick-ups per the renter’s request). Service trips: In the event the renter needs servicing, including but not limited to, portable waste tank replacement/haul away, propane tank replacement, fresh linens/towels, or any other requested services or repairs/item replacements beyond normal wear and tear use, will generate a minimum service fee of $75, plus delivery surcharge (distance based), and any other applicable fees. We reserve the discretion of the response day/time dependent on scheduling, type of service needed, availability of parts/items, technician availability, distance, and any other logistics as it relates to the service needed. Delayed trip or early departure: If the renter is delayed and is unable to arrive on the scheduled delivery day or time, please let us know as early as possible. This allows us to determine if it would be prudent to deliver on the renter’s actual booked arrival date/time- for instance, desert deliveries, or other locations where the trailer will be isolated with no supervision or other campers in the vicinity to keep watch. If the renter is leaving earlier than the scheduled departure time or day, please let us know as early as possible, so that we are aware of the option to pick up the trailer earlier than scheduled. This assures there is no time gap, wherein the trailer is left unattended or vulnerable to break-ins, theft, etcetera. It should be noted, we are not obligated to pick up the trailer earlier than the booked departure date and/or time, therefore the renter will be responsible for the trailer, it’s contents, add-ons (e.g., generator and fuel tanks) up to the latter of: the booked departure date and time as indicated in the online booking, for as long as the renter is in possession of the trailer if in possession past the booked date/time, until the park/campground prescribed checkout time, or a time previously agreed upon, whether before or after the park/campground checkout time.
