Sleeps 4 comfortably. Includes the comforts from home. Full kitchen with 4 barstools. Full bathroom. AC and heating. Queen size Murphy bed with his and hers closet space. 2 twin size bunks with closet space for additional clothing. Our RV comes loaded with great amenities; Kitchen comes stocked with some cookware. Dinnerware, cups & coffee mugs. Cooking utensils, tongs & knives. Can opener, bottle opener, lighter, cutting board and a toaster. Some paper plates, paper towels and plastic utensils included. Hot water kettle for instant coffee or tea. Air fryer. Hand & dish soap, dish towels & trash bags. Pillows, linen & blankets for main bed. Pillow and a blanket for each bunk bed. RV toilet paper, washcloths and 4 bath towels are provided (all for indoor use only). *You’ll need to bring your own outdoor towels and bathroom supplies. TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker Exterior offers a griddle for outside cooking. Outdoor hose, awning and outdoor lighting. Extras; 4 camping chairs. Outdoor picnic table covering. *** Campground should have 30amp full hookups for your maximum comfort. *** Generator upon request for an extra charge. • Please leave RV in the condition you received it. We will take care of the basic cleaning, sanitation and laundry. Full deposit will be non-refundable if there is excessive sand/dirt, dirty dishes, damage to furniture, smoke smell from cigarettes, cigars, etc. NO SMOKING/SMOKERS. NO PETS.
