We want you to have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable trip. Please review these guidelines before your departure. Fuel ● Requirement: The RV will be provided with a full fuel tank and must be returned with the fuel tank at the same level as pickup. ● If not met: A refueling fee plus the cost of fuel will be charged through RVezy.d Cleaning & Return Condition Please return the RV in the condition it was provided: ● Remove all personal belongings. ● Dispose of trash. ● Wipe down kitchen surfaces and dining areas. ● Sweep floors and clean up any spills ● Wash dishes or load/empty items as instructed. Put any towels that were used on the shower floor. ● Please do not leave excessive dirt, sand, mud, or pet hair. ● If the RV requires additional cleaning beyond normal use, an additional cleaning fee may be charged through RVezy. Kitchen ● Please clean all cookware, dishes, and utensils before return. ● Do not put grease, coffee grounds, or food scraps down the drains. ● Please use the provided supplies as needed and let us know if anything was damaged or needs replacement. Bathroom & Waste Tanks ● Requirement: Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return unless a prepaid dump service has been arranged. ● If not met: A dumping fee will be charged through RVezy. ● Please only flush RV-safe toilet paper. ● No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other items may be flushed. ● If the toilet is clogged or damaged due to improper use, repair or service costs may be charged through RVezy. Generator ● Generator use is allowed within the included hours listed in the rental agreement. ● Additional generator hours may be charged according to the rental terms. ● Please turn off the generator when not needed. Please turn off A/C and or microwave before turning off generator (the order matters). Driving & Safety ● Only approved drivers may operate the RV. ● Please follow all traffic laws and drive cautiously—this is a larger vehicle than a standard car. ● Be mindful of low clearances, narrow roads, and parking limitations. RV Care ● No smoking or vaping inside the RV. ● Please report any damage, mechanical issues, or concerns as soon as possible. ● Do not attempt repairs without contacting us first. ● Treat the RV as you would your own home. Awning & Outdoor Items ● Please retract the awning during windy conditions or when leaving the RV unattended. ● Outdoor items should be stored securely before driving. Check-Out Before returning:
