Make our beautiful travel trailer your fun house and memory maker for your family and friends. We provide most everything you could possibly need for a great family trip, friend's outing or couple's getaway! **Newly added privacy curtain around Murphy/queen bed!! There is a small sofa/murphy bed that folds down to a queen bed, full size bunk beds and the dinette converts to a full size bed. Trailer sleeps 5-8. 3 closets; one by bunks and one on each side of sofa/murphy bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, stove top/oven, pantry, bowls, plates, cups, pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker, and much more! The bathroom has a tub and shower, medicine cabinet, under sink storage, shower curtain and bath rug. The trailer has a 24 inch tv with an sound/volume bar and also features a Bluetooth radio with interior and exterior speakers. Outdoor shower. The exterior has one large, complete pass through storage and one smaller storage. Interior of trailer has lots of storage too, including storage under dinette benches on all 3 sides. There is a power awning with LED light strip and two electric plugs. There is also an outdoor shower. *Please do not extend awning if it is at all windy. Also, double check that you have clearance to open the awning-they break fairly easy in windy weather. Make sure to add-on the rental for the generator if you will not have access to an electric outlet. The trailer is equipped with a 30amp power cord/connection but we do provide an adapter to 110v. If you will be boon docking/dry camping then you will need the generator to use the microwave, heat/air. The fridge can run on gas or electric. What’s included: We provide mattress covers, sheet sets, and 6 pillows with covers ONLY. No blankets included. First aid kit, tool kit, air compressor, 6 bath towels, 1 bath and 1 kitchen hand towel, 1 LED lantern, exterior hanging "twinkle" lights for awning, bike rack (fits 2 bikes), small BBQ with one small propane tank, waste containers for bathroom and kitchen (plus bags), 1 roll paper towels and 2 toilet paper rolls (SEPTIC TANK APPROVED ONLY), water filter jug for fridge, artificial grass for entrance area of trailer, and 1 large propane tank also all included. Other things to note: There will be a $1200 charge if the trailer comes back smelling like someone has smoked inside. NO SMOKING INSIDE TRAILER PLEASE! You will be charged for damages to the trailer if it comes back in different condition than when it went out. Owner will provide information and instruction for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is the renter's responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use any of the systems, features or appliances properly may result in damage and renter will be responsible for cost to repair. Renter is responsible for any violation such as tickets. Renter shall not make any repairs. If there is a mechanical failure or problem, renter should alert the owner immediately. Any negligence to use transport and camping equipment properly which results in damage to Trailer or equipment will be the full responsibility of the renter. If generator is rented and not returned for any reason including theft entire security deposit will be held.
