John and family were extremely professional and very nice folks to work with. The RV was very well taken care of and quite clean, very easy to drive and with plenty of storage.
We just had our first camper van experience, and it was the trip of a lifetime! This van was so comfortable and spacious for our family of four. The car seats fit perfectly, and the two queen beds were a super cozy and dreamy place to land after a long day of adventuring.
We were blown away by all the storage under the back bed! We had no idea how much room there was, but it easily held the kids' bikes, beach chairs, a wagon, all of our luggage, and so much more. Driving the van was surprisingly easy, and we made full use of all its great features. The Fastrak pass was an absolute game-changer for getting through the holiday traffic around LA/OC.
A huge thank you to John and his family for being so accommodating. John's son, Matthew , even met us halfway for pickup, which was so thoughtful. They were an absolute pleasure to communicate with from start to finish. Our 8-day trip from SoCal to Big Sur was seamless, and we made so many incredible memories. We would recommend them to anyone and can't wait to rent from them again!
Mark, John’s son dropped off the van on time and thoroughly explained every feature on the van. Drove it for a week long trip to Yellowstone with 3 other families that rented identical vans. Family enjoyed the van amenities. The bathroom came in handy to avoid stopping. I would definitely recommend renting from Mark again.
Mark even called and checked in on us. Mark picked up the van as agreed. Great owner with great communication.
