Rules and policies • EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE- The rv should be returned in the same condition in which it was rented. A standard cleaning fee is included with rental. If the RV is returned in an excessively dirty condition that requires deep cleaning (eg stained upholstery, extreme pet hair, strong odors, trash left behind, bodily fluids, or dirty appliances/bathroom a fee of $300 will be charged. • BLACK AND GREY TANKS must be emptied before return. A fee of $100 applies if the tanks are not properly emptied. This can be added on during booking if you wish to not have to dump. • REFUELING FEE the RV must be returned with a full tank of gas, or a $250 refueling fee will be applied regardless of the amount of fuel missing. • There is no smoking of any kind inside the RV, if you smoke in the rv the excessive cleaning fee will apply. • No taking the RV out of the country or to burning man. • PETS are allowed in the rv, but please keep them off of the dinette sofa and reclining chairs as the fabric can easily tear. Any pet damage or excessive cleaning required due to pets will be deducted from the security deposit.
