Heater & A/C, Sound System, Amplified TV antenna hookup with RCA sound connection through the sound system, 2 burner stove, hot water heater, small sink, outdoor shower.. privacy tent included. **NOTE** TOW HITCH BALL HEIGHT MINIMUM 19-22INCHES, MEASURED FROM THE GROUND TO THE TOP OF THE BALL ! Weight listed by mfg is DRY WEIGHT*** It does not take into account the added weight of the included battery, or full propane tank (If requested) or 16 gallon fresh water tank when full. Upon request, a full propane tank can be provided and adds to the overall weight, with the battery and full fresh water tank puts this unit weight at just over 1500 lbs. If propane is provided as requested, proof of tank refill must be provided upon return to avoid additional charges. Not advised for any vehicle with less than a 2,000 pound tow rating set by vehicle manufacturer!
