We have devised a set of rules to keep Thor Majestic in pristine condition and ensure your maximum safety on the road. Please be so kind as to respect these and treat the RV as your own. If you fail to abide by the rules, you'll be charged a fee and will have to cover the damages. ✕ No Driving in Snow ✕ No Smoking Inside the RV ✕ No Tow Hitching ✕ No Traveling Outside the Country ✕ Use Single-Ply Toilet Paper Only (Only for RV use) ✕ Check Generator for Every 6 Hours of Usage ✕ Close all Windows when using AC and Generator ✕ Turn off Propane and Refrigerator when Putting Gas ✕ ✓ Pets ARE Allowed (Extra Fee and Must Confirm Beforehand) ✕ ✓ Music festivals and tailgating ARE Allowed (Extra Fee + Bigger Deposit - the higher the mess, the bigger the fee. The pick-up time starts from 05:00pm (for weekdays, 3pm on weekends), while the drop-off is set up at 11:00am. Once the drop-off time has passed, late fees will apply. If late to pick up, late fees can apply. We can deliver/pick up the RV at a different location for an extra fee that will be determined based on the distance from the original site and the terrain. ***Please note that this RV has maintenance done after every rental and has wears/tears from use of the RV with scratches or discoloration inside that differ from the photos listed but is sanitized and ready to use after every trip! The discoloration, scratches and wear/tear can be seen in the shower, beddings/sofa, outside of the RV and the fridge that differ from the photos listed. This is normal after years of rental use of the RV. By booking you agree to these changes that are different then the actual photos listed for advertisement. ★ CHARGES TO APPLY IF THESE SERVICES ARE USED OR VIOLATED ★ ✓ Toll Fee~ Toll Bridge Fee Plus $35 Service Fee ✓ Speeding~ 65 mph is the max speed for the vehicle, going in excess of 75-80 will result in a $250-500 charge (We have the speed monitored with tracking) ✓ Location Not Approved~ If Visiting a Different Destination That Has Not Been Approved, A $500-$1000 Fee Will Apply ✓ Smoking Fee~ If Evidence or Smell of Smoking Is Detected, a $1000 Charge Will Be Added ✓ Festival Music Cleaning~ Cleaning For Burning Man, if Approved ($1500).
