2012 Forest River Sunseeker FBP

Well maintained and clean motor home. We love using the recliners while watching our favorite shows/movies. The slide-out makes it spacious enough for a small dining table or for an extra sleeping cot. We provide RV amenities like kitchen and bathroom supplies and linens. Enjoy exploring the open road in our RV. We hope you create wonderful memories and have a fantastic time on your road trip! Please take good care of it as your own and have fun! Sorry, we cannot drop off or pick up. Nightly rate will be prorated if returned past return timeframe. There are optional add-ons: * Waste Dump -$75 * Fuel Refill Prepayment -$400 * Propane Refill Prepayment -$50 * Sleeping Cot - $30 * Folding Rectangle Long Table -$20 * Metal Folding Chair - $5 each * 10-Gallon Seat Top Water Jug -$15 * Wood Burning Fire Pit -$50 Add’l info: - TV without DVD player - Overhead bed, full size (can fit 2 adults) - Couch with 2 recliners (not a pullout couch but may use as extra sleeping area plus may set up a sleeping cot next to it when slide is completely out. - We apologize, we do not rent out for Burning Man Festival.

Hello, RV renters👋🏼 My name is Sheila, a full time Registered Nurse. It was always my dream to own a motor home. My husband, Ron and I love to go RV camping once in awhile. Since we both still work full time, we decided to share our RV with renters like you, to experience the joy of going on an RV trip and create memories to last a lifetime! We hope you will have a pleasant experience and we will be delighted to hear positive feedbacks from all of you when you get back😉

Sheila and Ron were the perfect hosts! Perfectly communicative, easy to meet with, and the RV was immaculate. They did a job walking us through the RV controls and amenities. The RV itself was spacious, well kept and perfect for our trip. We would definitely rent from Sheila and Ron again if we are in need of an RV.

We had a wonderful time with the RV. The RV had good supplies. We had a question during our trip and Ron was quick to get back to us. Easy pickup and drop off. Sheila and Ron were nice to work with.
