Most trailers this size are built for eight kids and a dog. This one was built for grown-ups. A 2022 Open Range 323RLS with a rear living room instead of bunk beds: two opposing slides open into a real lounge with dual power recliners, an electric fireplace, a flat-screen TV with a sound bar, and a kitchen island you can actually cook on. Ideal for couples who want a weekend that feels like a hotel, two couples splitting a trip, touring crews, and productions that need a green room on site. SLEEPING Private bedroom with a king size bed (photo coming soon) and a large closet. The sofa converts to a sleeper. Sleeps four. INSIDE Residential vinyl floors, hardwood cabinets, LED lighting, and two rooftop A/Cs (28,500 BTU) that keep up with SoCal summers. Four-door refrigerator, three-burner range with oven, microwave, farm sink. Bathroom with a full-size shower and Jack-and-Jill entry. INCLUDED, NO EXTRA CHARGE Hookups (water hose, regulator, filter, sewer kit, 50-amp surge protector, adapters), leveling blocks, chocks, and stabilizer pads. Pots and pans, dishes, flatware, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Fire extinguisher and first-aid kit. BRING Food, drinks, toiletries, beach towels. That's it. DELIVERY AND SETUP (most guests choose this) We tow it to your campsite, driveway, venue, or festival lot, level it, connect water, power, and sewer, and walk you through everything. At the end we come back and take it away. Delivery is $250 minimum or $7.50 per mile, whichever is higher, within 50 miles of Whittier. Beyond 50 miles, message us for a quote. PREFER TO TOW IT YOURSELF? This is a 37' trailer with an 11,400 lb GVWR. You need a three-quarter-ton truck or larger, a weight-distribution hitch, a 7-pin connector, and a brake controller. We'll ask for a photo of your truck's payload sticker before confirming. Pickup 2-6 PM, return 9-11 AM. Pets welcome. No smoking. Every guest is the headliner.
