Once your reservation is confirmed and approved, the pick up and drop off times may no longer be changed unless offered as a courtesy, again it is important to communicate with us to arrange the time. We will give you enough time to clean and drop off so there is NO NEED TO RUSH. We've taken every precaution to make certain we NEVER charge a renter for damage that was already there. In addition to the personal walk-through inspection with you, we take digital photos of the unit just before you leave plus we may also video the check out.
