Sunshine & S'mores a Keystone 30RI Travel Trailer

☀️🌴 Welcome to Sunshine & S’mores Your Home Away From Home Camping should feel like a vacation, not like moving your entire house for the weekend. Welcome to Sunshine & S’mores, our spacious Keystone Premier 30RI, thoughtfully stocked with the comforts and conveniences of home so you can pack less, settle in faster, and spend more time enjoying your getaway. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, couples retreat, beach weekend, campground adventure, festival, sporting event, or extended stay, our goal is simple: arrive, unpack, relax, and make some memories. With its spacious residential-style layout, large kitchen island, comfortable living area, private bedroom, full bathroom, electric fireplace, multiple TVs, generous storage, and outdoor entertainment area, Sunshine & S’mores feels more like a cozy little vacation home than a traditional RV. 📺 Relax, Stream & Play After a day of exploring, come back and get comfortable. Curl up by the electric fireplace for a movie, stream your favorites using the provided Fire TV Stick, or unplug for a while with our collection of board games, puzzles, playing cards, and family-friendly activities. The outdoor entertainment area features a TV/DVD combo, and a DVD player is also provided inside, making movie nights easy whether you’re relaxing indoors or hanging out under the awning. A Wi-Fi hotspot is provided to help keep you connected where cellular service is available. Because coverage varies by campground and location, connection and speeds cannot be guaranteed. Convenient USB/USB-C charging options are also provided so keeping everyone’s devices powered doesn’t become the evening’s main family activity. 🍳 A Fully Stocked Kitchen Want to cook breakfast before heading out or make dinner without eating at a restaurant every night? We’ve got you covered. The kitchen includes dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware, cookware, cooking utensils, cutting boards, an air fryer, countertop ice maker, coffee maker, and everyday kitchen essentials. You’ll also find many of those easily forgotten basics, including coffee and tea supplies, sugar and sweeteners, salt, pepper, basic seasonings, cooking supplies, aluminum foil, food-storage bags, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, sponges, and cleaning supplies. Because realizing nobody packed a can opener after you’ve already opened everything else for taco night is an oddly specific form of vacation betrayal. 🌮😂 ☕ Morning Coffee Included Start your morning without immediately hunting down the nearest coffee shop. Our complimentary coffee station includes regular and decaf coffee options, tea, sweeteners, creamer, and other essentials so you can make a cup and enjoy a quiet morning at the campsite. 🛏️ Linens & Towels Included Leave the laundry basket at home. Your stay includes fresh bed linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. The private bedroom gives you a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the night, while the spacious living area provides additional sleeping accommodations. 🚿 Bathroom Essentials Forgot something? There’s a decent chance we’ve thought of it. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, RV-safe toilet paper, a hair dryer, makeup-removal cloths, feminine hygiene products, and a small selection of emergency toiletries such as individually packaged toothbrushes and toothpaste. 🌴 Your Outdoor Living Room Some of the best parts of camping happen outside. We provide four camping chairs, an outdoor rug, a small outdoor table, and campsite lighting/lanterns to help create a comfortable outdoor space. Sunshine & S’mores also features an outdoor entertainment area with a TV/DVD combo and mini refrigerator, perfect for game day, movie night under the awning, cold drinks outside, or simply relaxing at the campsite. A portable fire pit may also be provided where campground and local regulations permit. 🎲 Family Fun Included Traveling with kids or simply competitive adults? We’ve got both covered. You’ll find board games, playing cards, puzzles, coloring supplies, cornhole, giant block games, and other family-friendly activities. There’s something to do even when Florida inevitably decides your carefully planned outdoor afternoon needs a 20-minute thunderstorm. ☔😂 🎁 A Welcome Gift Just for You Every reservation includes a complimentary welcome basket with a few treats and surprises to help get your vacation started. You’ll find items such as bottled water, snacks, popcorn, coffee supplies, and a s’mores kit waiting for you. It’s our little way of saying welcome, settle in, and enjoy yourself. ✨ Make Your Stay Even More Special Want to add a little something extra?
