Outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, and a two burner portable burner. Also has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water which is perfect for rinsing off sand from the beach or dirt and mud from the kids playing outdoors. Comes with two chairs, small table, large area rug, mattress protector and a fitted sheet, paper towels and RV safe toilet paper, cleaning supplies, plates, cups, utensils, and trash bags, and all utility equipment needed for water, electric and septic hookups. We are a couple miles from the stick marsh and Headwater lakes in Indian River County, which is known to be the some of the best bass Fishing in the state. We also have a full hookup site available within 1 mile of the stick marsh $45 a night and message me for availability before booking. Disney’s Fort wilderness campground, West Gate River Ranch, Sebastian Inlet State Park also known as long point park, Jetty Park, and many of the springs around the area such as blue springs, Wakiva springs, the Florida Caverns,, Lake Kissimmee State Park, Lake Okeechobee, the Everglades, and our favorite of all, the Florida Keys, Islamorada and Big Pine are some of our favorite to camp at with the family.
