This is not a base model and comes with all the features you will need or want such as 18’ electric awning with led lights, 4 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, ac and heater, hot and cold water ran off propane, dinette table turns into bed and couch turns into a full size bed. Includes a 32" tv with a Firestick and antenna which provides HD channels for the tv. 1 TV in living room, 1 in master bedroom and 1 in the bunk room. Camper also has onboard water storage if you are boon-docking or camping without hookups as well as waste tanks. Outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, storage and a outside burner stove. Also has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water which is perfect for rinsing off sand from the beach or dirt and mud from the kids playing outdoors. Comes with two chairs, small table, large outside area rug, mattress protector and a fitted sheet, paper towels and RV safe toilet paper, cleaning supplies, plates,cups, plastic forks and trash bags, and all utility equipment needed for water, electric and septic hookups. We are a couple miles from the stick marsh and headwater lakes in Indian River County, which is known to be the some of the best bass Fishing in the state. We also have a full hookup site available within 1 mile of the stick marsh available for $45 a night but message me and check for availability before booking here. Disney’s Fort wilderness campground, West Gate River Ranch, Sebastian Inlet State Park sometimes called long point park. Jetty Park, and many of the springs around the area such as blue springs, Wakiva springs, the Florida Caverns, Lake Kissimmee State Park, Lake Okeechobee, the Everglades, and our favorite of all, the Florida Keys. Islamorada and Big Pine are some of our favorite to camp at with the family. No pets allowed, Smoking inside unit prohibited. Including vapes, whether medical cannabis or not. You will forfeit the entire deposit if so. Please empty waste tanks before returning. $100 fee to have us empty. Must have substantial experience to tow. Before and after every rental, we sweep and mop entire unit, wipe all surfaces with disinfectant cleaner, Lysol all surfaces, wash all linens with hot water and air out the unit with fresh air.
