Outside there's a propane grill hookup. - Wet bath with shower, foot flush toilet, mirrored medicine cabinet, exhaust fan and we added the teak floor upgrade plus full length mirrors on the door. - The black Ultraleather dinette cushions are stain resistant, in perfect condition and easily wipe clean. Front dinette converts to bed too. We used the coverted dinette as a comfy couch rather than sleeping space. - Main rear Queen bed size 4' x 6'6" pillow top memory foam mattress and heated mattress cover upgrade. - Efficient 11,000 BTU A/C w/ heat option AND 12,000 BTU propane furnace with 4-inch diameter round flex heat ducting to distribute warm air below the rear bed. - Cable TV connection, TV, DVD player, Bluetooth radio, 12V USB ports throughout to connect media and keep your devices charged PLUS we include an RV Starlink + the Wifi Router and a Google Chromecast for wifi TV. - Once you've parked for the weekend, set up the manual Zip Dee patio awning, then enjoy a cold drink in your camp chairs. The awning is very easy to extend and locks in place. It's Airstream so all the finishes are top-notch and age beautifully with basic care and maintenance. Tons of Roll top overhead cabinets for your belongings including a hanging closet. We've included perfectly sized plastic bins for the under bed storage which you can access from inside and outside the unit! There are exterior power outlets, an outdoor shower, solar panel on the roof and LP connection for a grill. We do a multi-point dealer inspection and maintenance each year. Everything will be in great working condition.
