Driveway guesthouse or cozy getaway

This RV is set up to operate with little or no utilities available with the optional quiet inverter generator (see add-on). This RV offers plenty of space for the whole family or two couples + kids with two bedrooms: a separate bunk room in the rear and a queen suite in the front. The full kitchen has all the amenities of home with plenty of pantry storage. We purchased this RV to house the In-laws while they are in town and for family adventures away from home. The kids love to "camp" with Grandma and Grandpa in the driveway while they are visiting. Way more enjoyable, for the whole family, than booking a hotel for extended family visits! The queen mattress in the forward room, as well as the the rear bunk room full mattress, are high quality full thickness mattresses for all the comfort of home - even grandma comfort level approved! The bathroom is just behind the front bedroom and has a large corner shower with plenty of standing headroom for even the 6' 2" family member. In the living area there is a couch that folds out into a bed and a dinette for seating, which can also convert into a bed. The media area has large flatscreen smart TV. There is a smaller TV in the queen suite as well. Outside the unit has a large awning for hanging out in the shade with plenty of camp chairs. Outdoor grill for cooking out. For home driveway setup It also comes equipped with a pump which allows for the black and grey water tanks to be emptied (through a specific hose provided) into a residential sewage, septic cleanout, or standard home toilet - if a long stay is needed. As mentioned above a generator is available for driveway/home setup set up. The generator can run on propane or gasoline and extra fuel can be added in the "add-on" section if desired so that you do not have to worry with that part. when running on propane the optional 30 lb tank can run the generator for approximately 25 hrs without having to refill.
