Welcome to your home away from home. This is a bunkhouse travel trailer which sleeps 6 comfortably (can sleep 8 if there are small children). Camper has plenty of storage in front and back cubbies. Features a private master with RV king size bed. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, microwave, stove/oven, sink and TV. Couch and dinette space for lounging and playing games. We will supply the basics so you can just come enjoy your stay! Sheets and blankets for the beds are included - you supply pillows. We will also supply 2 rolls of toilet paper for the bathroom and soap. What’s included: • Fitted and flat sheet for each bed plus comforter • RV safe Toilet paper (2 rolls) • Soap for bathroom sink • Soap for kitchen sink • Keurig Single cup coffee maker plus a few types of k-cups in case you forget • plastic plates, bowls and cups (set of 6) • Silverware (set of 6) • some basic knives and cutting board • some pans for cooking • cast iron pans for outside cooking • Expandable grid for outside cooking For a fee: - we can supply all the paper products you need for the weekend - no washing dishes required. - we can supply towels and wash clothes (set of 2 or set of 4) - extra toilet paper - generator if needed - wood for outdoor fun - pet fee - dumping fee Other things to note: No smoking or vaping in the trailer! Please watch how full both the Gray Water & Black Water Tanks get, if you are not on a full hook up. Renters are responsible to: - Empty ALL tanks (fresh, gray, and black) before traveling (or we can do this for a fee - taken out of deposit.) - Remove all bed sheets and towels (if rented) and place them in the provided hamper. - Remove all trash from the camper. - Empty refrigerator and freezer of all items. Please wipe down both for condensation. - Renters are responsible for any and all damages or missing items during your stay. - Damage to Awning: Renters will forfeit the deposit because awning is not covered by insurance. - Excessive Cleaning fee of $100 charged if trailer is returned excessively dirty!
