Our totally magnificent 22-foot travel trailer is like a luxury mansion on wheels, meticulously designed to accommodate four individuals, because who doesn't love a good game of sardines. The trailer is fully winterized, because we know you don't want to freeze your buns off, and tents are also available in various sizes and styles for those who want to go full-on Bear Grylls. Trailer specs include a dry weight of 3614 pounds, GAWR 5100, and GVWR 4999, because you want to make sure you're not going to end up on the side of the road with a busted axle. This promises to be an invigorating experience for the entire family, fostering lifelong memories and a deeper connection with nature, or at the very least, a few good stories to tell around the campfire. Our trailer is like a luxury resort on wheels, boasting an array of amenities that'll make you wonder how you ever lived without them, including an indoor and outdoor shower/shower tent, because who doesn't love a good shower under the stars, a toilet, RV friendly toilet paper, because let's be real, nature's call can be pretty insistent. Coffee pot, coffee, tea, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, cookware, utensils, microwave, griddle, seasonings, dinette conversion bed that sleeps 2 kids or 1 adult and 1 child; 250lb weight limit. One queen bed, propane furnace, space heater if preferred, window AC unit, roof AC unit; for campground only, extra storage space, USBC compatibility, AM/FM radio, outdoor tv mount and hookup indoors; no tv mount inside, Wi-Fi for stationary rentals only, awning with LED lighting; weather permitting, bedding and linen, board and card games, jigsaw puzzles, corn-hole, ring toss, and darts, because what's a camping trip without a little friendly competition. Our comprehensive camping packages include delivery, setup, takedown, and dumping services, because let's be real, the last thing you want to do on your vacation is deal with a bunch of poop. We help by eliminating the need for cleanup or septic dumping, allowing you to focus solely on creating cherished memories. If staying at a campsite for extended periods, you’re responsible for dumping gray and black tanks and refilling fresh water tank if needed. Please do not leave black tank valves open continuously, as it can be hazardous. Oh, and septic prepayment is required, but trust us, it's worth it for the adventure of a lifetime. Renters are responsible for all park/stadium entry fees or parking passes.
