Rules of the Road Additional Fees • $500 Smoking Fee — Our RV is strictly non-smoking. A $500 fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking inside the RV, including smoke odor, ashes, or burn marks. • $100 Tank Dump Fee — Please return the RV with the black and gray tanks emptied. A $100 fee will apply if the tanks need to be emptied after return. • $150 Excessive Cleaning Fee — We understand that a little mess is part of the adventure! However, if the RV is returned in a condition that requires cleaning beyond our normal turnaround cleaning, a $150 excessive cleaning fee will be charged based on the condition at return. This will be determined by the RV owners.
