Just pack your bags. Rules of the Road → Occupancy Max 6. Primary renter is responsible for the group. No subletting. → Smoking Nothing inside. $250 deep-clean fee if we smell it. Take it outside. → Pets Welcome with prior approval, no charge. Keep them off the bed and clean up after them. → Alcohol Enjoy responsibly. Don't operate the trailer, tow vehicle, or generator while impaired. → Fire Outside fires in rings only, fully out before bed. No fuel stored inside. → Propane Crack a vent when the heater runs. Smell gas? Shut the regulator off and call us. → Electrical 30-amp shore power. No space heaters or aftermarket plug-ins. → Generator Available as an add-on, unlimited use once booked. Keep it 15 ft away with exhaust pointed out. Follow campground quiet hours. → Water & Waste RV-safe TP only. Never flush wipes. Clogged toilet = $150. → Kitchen Clean the stove before return or there's a $75 grease fee. → Towing Under 65 mph. Spotter when backing up. → Damage Just tell us. Honest damage is always cheaper than hidden damage. → Checkout Trash out, tanks dumped, propane at 1/4, linens bagged, locked up. → Emergencies Call us first, any time — day or night. If it's a life safety emergency, call 911 first.
