What a wonderful experience. The RV was in excellent shape and provided us exactly what we were looking for. Jeff was very accommodating and very helpful. Thank you!
We secured a reservation with Jeff months in advance for an important weekend at our child’s school in September. We had a 6 hour ride and needed to be there by a particular time. The night before we were to due to pick the vehicle up, Jeff messaged me to say it was returned and had no power so I could not pick it up at our agreed upon time. The power issue was not his fault but from there his communication was VERY poor. He indicated that he was hoping he could get the part from a place that opened at 9AM (agreed upon pickup time was 8:00AM). I sent him several messages in the morning after 9am both on and off platform and heard nothing back until nearly 3 hours past agreed upon pickup time. At that time the response was vague and said he would not know for another hour. We could not wait so we asked to cancel and he agreed. Jeff never canceled. I was forced to open a case with RVezy to get my refund. I understand there is nothing he could do about the power issue but the way this was handled from there was disappointing. I would not recommend.
