Rick's Jayco Northpointe Fifth Wheel

This is a beautiful luxury camper it's a 44 foot 2023 Jayco North point with 3 air conditioners a full kitchen, full outside kitchen 5 slide outs, two awnings, king size bed custom mattress, not an RV bed, petfriendly , comes with fencing for pups, set up and delivery available. If you are considering renting my rv soon. We do have handsoap pumps in bathrooms, cental vacuum system. We have coffee cups , coffee maker, toaster, plates, utensils, pots and pans. You would need to bring paper plates/napkins/ paper towels, if you dont want to do dishes. We have an outdoor mat. We have blocks for leveling. We provide rv toilet paper , and trash bags. There is a 5 gallon drinking water system using primo water bottle. There are 4-5 chairs and a small outside table . There is a small weber charcoal grill. The oudoor blackstone style grill is also very easy to use. There is also spray cleaning supplies provided. The little table we have we used mostly to set food on when using the outdoor kitchen . we provide all bedding, towels, and pillows. if camper is not returned clean, additional charges will be taken from your deposit. we do not allow smoking , vaping , or Marijuana products in the camper. we dont recommend using awnings as insurance does not cover damage to them. if you have any questions just text or call me
