We only provide the first full bottle of propane. You must refill the propane if you run out while you are on your trip at your expense. But you do not need to fill the tank when you return it. We will refill it at no extra charge We also provide a full water tank, wheel chalks, water hose, black water drain pipe, 1 pack of RV toilet paper, 1 black tank drop in, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towels, propane, tea kettle and French Press, dish soap, 2 scouring pads, pots and pans with kitchen utensils. But please bring your own paper plates, napkins, cups and plastic silverware (recommended). If the sewer tank gets full while you are on your trip, you must dump it at your expense. But if not, we will dump your sewer for you when you return the trailer and clean the trailer for you at no extra charge. We are closest to Lake Lahonton and Pyramid Lake. We also not far from *Burning man (see important note below) and Night in the Country. We provide concierge service to these areas to bring you any supplies you may need, or run out of for a nominal fee. We can also have the trailer loaded with supplies prior to when you pick up the trailer, or drop off supplies to your campsite or event for an additional mileage charge plus the cost of supplies ordered. We also have additional items you can purchase or rent, such as metal detectors, gold pans with scoops, fire rings, telescoping marshmallow sticks, fire wood, shade canopy, fishing poles, a solar and gas generator, portable black water tote (to be able to empty the septic tank without having to move the trailer to a dump site), hunting binoculars and scopes, a portable 12v pellet smoker, electric smoker, foldable charcoal BBQ and camp chairs (not included in the rental rate) which are all available for rent also for an additional small daily rental fee. Just let us know! *IMPORTANT NOTE for those who are booking the trailer to rent for Burning Man: the trailer in the ad has a bank loan still, so can not be used for Burning Man due to RVezy rules and insurance reasons. However, If you would still like to book for the alternative trailer we have available for Burning Man, not shown in the ad, please confirm you have read this notice in full by sending us a message when booking. This is because RVezy’s insurance provider no longer covers rental trailers being used at Burning Man due to extensive damage claims they have incurred in the past. This is why the rate for the weeks during Burning Man is higher to cover cleaning the interior and exterior due to the fine dust and salt from the playa to prevent rust and any interior repairs we may need to make that is not covered by insurance. Thank you for your understanding. Please keep this in mind when you are booking for Burning Man that you are NOT receiving the trailer shown in the ad, but an an older and larger used alternate trailer for this event that is NOT insured by RVezy. You must also pick up the trailer where we are at in Silver Springs. Unfortunately, we will not be able to set it up for you at the event and pick it up for you due to OSS vendor rules. The alternate trailer is a 2012 Summerland by Springdale 2600TB. It weighs 4712 pounds dry weight and up to 7200 fully loaded, so it can be easily towed by a pickup truck or large SUV with a V8 or diesel engine. Please confirm the vehicle you will be using to tow meets these weight requirements. The trailer is 28ft long and has a queen sized bed. The couch and dinette also fold down into a bed and there are two additional bunk beds, (one single and one full sized) so will sleep up to 8 people, or 6 comfortably. There is no additional charge for added guests. They are included in the rate if you would like to split the cost of the trailer with others for this event.
