- Scott D.août 2025Livré par l’hôteUpon arriving late to dropping off the camper Brian informed us the awning was broken and had been for a week. Knowing that ahead of time would’ve helped us prepare but he decided to keep that information to himself. The camper was clean but smelled like fish and needed badly to be aired out. After a rushed walkthrough I was told everything should be fine and running in about 25 minutes. We went on about our day with family and went to sleep that night. The next day we realize the microwave isn’t working. We figure no big deal we’ll use another campers since it will only be a couple times. But we needed it more than I assumed so I messaged Brian. His reply was we may not be able to run the microwave while the AC is on. For a 2024 camper I was shocked that type of 1980s trickery could exist. His reply was a list of electrical troubleshooting tasks and “go buy an air fryer and I’ll reimburse you if that doesn’t work”. I started to realize we were on our own. I did what I could to get the microwave on but we now realized that we didn’t have hot water. I reached out to Brian and told him this. Once again his reply was a laundry list of tasks and things to try. I did not rent a camper for my vacation so I could spend it working on one. We paid $213 a night after all was said and done and we couldn’t get Brian to do more than move his thumbs on his phone and send us tasks. Eventually we gave up. We did not have hot water for the duration of our trip. On the second to last night we realized we also didn’t not have heat. It had been hot so we didn’t need it. Well at this point contacting Brian was pretty useless so we just dealt with it the last two days. When I let Brian know how are experience was, he initially agreed that we shouldn’t have had to deal with such issues. When I requested fair financial compensation his attitude shifted. He began obsessing over the timeline of events in which I messaged him and how the messages were sent more than the actual problems we faced. Instead of making things right for his failed fixes, he told me that mere hours before the trip began he wanted to cancel it and strand us because he didn’t like the way I replied to him saying he was going to be 30 minutes late after we confirmed arrival multiple times. He has refused a fair partial refund and I am now being forced to go through RVEZY. I would not recommend him or his camper, but if you do you better hope all goes well!
- Aglaée R.août 2024Livré par l’hôteOwner was collaborative and easy to work with. Made the trip as smooth as it could be. Also very clean. There was no toaster like in the description but not a big deal.
